I can so take the heat

What is the best thing to do when you are feeling down and cold.......COOK!

I don’t really have a fancy name for this dish at all so I am going keep it nice and simple.

Curry Prawn with Sweet Peanut Sauce

Prawns
Potatoes (you can have it with rice or pasta but the potato goes really well)
Parsley
Onions
Curry Power (mild)
Fresh Cream
Olive Oil
Garlic
Black Pepper & Salt to taste
Syrup (maple or golden)
Peanut Butter
Flour

Prep:
Heat the Olive Oil to sauté the finely chopped Onions and Curry, Then add the Prawns together with the crushed Garlic.
Remember to keep an eye on the prawn as not over cook them, 10 min should be enough because after adding some finely chopped parsley put the pan back onto the stove for another 5 min.

For the Prawn sauce:

Mix a little bit of flour with the fresh cream (this serves as a thickening agent) and then add the mixture into the pan. Place the pan back onto the stove for another 5 min.

Sweet Peanut Sauce:
Heat the syrup in a little pan and add half a teaspoon of peanut butter. Then stir until everything is mixed.

That is it!

I served mine with a backed Potato and it is DELICIOUS!!!
